Full description | Peptone 20g/L, Yeast extract 10 g/L, Dextrose 20g/L, agar 15g/L, Distilled water 1L. Heat with stirring to boiling for 1 minute to dissolve the medium completely. Autoclave the medium at 121°C for 15 minutes. |
